Well, it isn't much of a coincidence that this beau with Italian roots has a flavour of an ice-cream in his name. It might be a surprise to learn that the ice-cream doesn't have its origin in Italy but in our Czech lands indeed, its history going back to the time when the deer Pistachio had the munchies for something green and sweet and came up with one of the most famous ice-cream flavours. Since then he's been celebrated by many with a sweet tooth and so he can proudly march the streets in his 6.5 x 7 cm coat in spruce green which is decorated with leaves in moss and pistachio shades as well as green and transparent stones. Pistachio's hooves are made from beautiful cut stones. So, would you like a scoop of pistachio ice-cream?
